The "Partner" Program for Professionals
At Red Door Life, we believe that healing is most successful when it is rooted in attachment, trust, and continuity of care. When clients enter treatment, the relationships they already have with their therapists, psychiatrists, healers, or interventionists are invaluable. Rather than disrupt these trusted bonds, we work to strengthen them. That’s why we invite psychotherapists, social workers, interventionists, healers, and psychiatrists to continue working with their clients during treatment at our Center.
As the severity of a person’s condition increases, so does the need for a multidisciplinary team. Our integrated model combines medication management, supportive housing, interventions, companions, outpatient services, and residential care — all while maintaining the therapeutic alliances clients have already built. By working together, we improve outcomes through shared trust, collaboration, and coordinated care.
We also recognize the value of the professional’s role and time. You will not sacrifice financially when your clients enter treatment at Red Door Life. Instead, you’ll gain the support of a treatment center’s resources while continuing the therapeutic work you’ve already begun.
A select group of professionals with the appropriate education, training, and experience are granted “Partner” status at Red Door Life. Partner Professionals receive all the benefits of having access to the Center’s clinical resources, while their clients experience the stability and continuity of working with the people they already know and trust.
Together, we create a model where clients feel safe, professionals feel supported, and outcomes are measurably stronger.
