OUR LOCATION

We have two neighboring residences on Mulholland Drive in Bel Air, California. Our team members are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

FOOD & NUTRITION

Our chefs love to cook healthy and delicious meals. If you have any foods you prefer, dietary requests, food restrictions, or are allergic to any specific food, feel free to let one of our team members know.

We suggest our community members test for food allergies, sugar sensitivity, diabetes, hormone imbalances, and vitamin deficiencies. Our experience demonstrates that food directly affects mood and is one of the best ways to improve health.

GYM - EXERCISE - YOGA - POLE FITNESS

We help our clients set fitness goals and then support achieving the results. We offer boxing, aerobics, strength and cardio training, and hiking.

 

Our trainer is available for group and individual training sessions, and we have two Yoga instructors. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes a Tonal, Peloton, FIghtCamp free-standing punching bag, Kettle and Medicine Balls, and much more!

  • Trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, etc.

  • Dialectical behavior therapy (“DBT”) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat personality disorders and interpersonal conflicts.

  • Meditation helps with relaxation: creativity, and stress reduction.

  • Sound Baths, a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves. Sources include healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice.

  • Raindrop therapy is a targeted massage that incorporates essential oils intotreatment. Native Americans Raindrop Therapy is a natural way to align the body and mind for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, relaxing experience.

  • Massage therapy - cope with pain and stress, relax, and increase immune function.

WAVES OF RECOVERY

We go to the beach three times a week to surf, meditate, discuss recovery, andconnect with other community members.
