Getting started in our Teien Telehealth program is easy. Schedule a call with our intake team so we can get to know more about you and your needs, then we will enroll you in our online system. Once enrolled, you'll receive Zoom links from us – then simply login to the sessions.

Each Telehealth group session in scheduled for 90 minutes. This allows ample time to meet and speak with our amazing facilitators, and to get to know the other group members.

You can attend the Telehealth group therapy sessions as often as you’d like. Once we better understand your wants and needs for Telehealth group therapy, we will provide you with the best options and plans for you to take advantage of our offerings.

We'll make recommendations after we get to know more about you, but we invite you to discover on our own. Sometimes a group that seems less enticing to you ends up being your favorite – it can open your eyes in just the way you've been waiting for but couldn't have predicted...Practically speaking, the best Telehealth group therapy sessions for you will be the ones you feel most comfortable attending and that fit best with your schedule. Feel free to sample the Telehealth group therapy sessions and once you have, you will be able to best determine what works for you and your schedule. You will also have the opportunity to book one-on-one sessions with our licensed therapists and facilitators. Should you find yourself wanting to book a 1-1 appointment with a facilitator of a particular group, we can help arrange that too.

The Teien program is modeled on a garden concept – a whole and holistic program you can move through at will to find just the right path. Cost depends on whether you would like to explore at will, or whether you are wanting a program that fits the needs of your circumstances (insurance requirements for IOP or PHP, or other institutional guidelines and standards). We want to provide everyone the opportunity to take advantage of our Telehealth group therapy sessions, so we are offering a TWO-WEEK, free trial of our entire lineup of offerings.

You do not have to attend Telehealth group therapy sessions everyday. Every group session meets once a week, and you may attend as many as you have selected. You can sample all the sessions at your convenience, during a two-week trial period, and then select which sessions you’d like to continue on with.

You can take a break from Telehealth group therapy sessions as you wish, and may continue on as you see fit. We are offering a two-week trial of the Telehealth group therapy sessions – take a walk in the garden and return as you like.

Red Door plans to add more Telehealth group therapy sessions as we grow and expand so, if there isn’t a session you connect with immediately, please let us know, and we will look to add therapists and topics that work best for you.

We are committed to your mental health and wellbeing so should you need to cancel one of your sessions, we will be happy to enroll you in another. Should you experience an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule last minute, we would be happy to set you up for a session(s) at another time. At this time, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. This is standard practice for all of our licensed therapists, but we are happy to work with and accommodate you, should certain circumstances arise, and make sure, you have another group(s) to attend.
