How do I participate in Telehealth group therapy sessions?Participating in Red Door’s Telehealth is easy. Once you have scheduled a call with Kane (your case manager) we will enroll you in our online system, and obtain all necessary and pertinent information about you, to better assist you with your needs. From there, you simply use the Zoom link we will provide, and login to the sessions you are most interested in joining.

Where do I login for Telehealth group therapy sessions?After enrolling in Red Door’s Telehealth system, we will provide you with a Zoom link, that is used for all the Telehealth sessions. From the comfort of your phone or computer, you can login to the Zoom link and begin your Telehealth group therapy session.

How long is each Telehealth group therapy session?Each Telehealth group therapy session in schedule for 90 minutes. This allows ample time to meet and speak with our licensed facilitators, and get to know the other group members in your session(s).

How often can I attend Telehealth group therapy sessions?You can attend the Telehealth group therapy sessions as often as you’d like. Once we better understand your wants and needs for Telehealth group therapy, we will provide you with the best options/ plans for you to take advantage of our offers.

What is the best Telehealth group therapy session for me?The best Telehealth group therapy sessions for you, will be the ones you feel most comfortable attending, and what works best with you schedule. You will have the opportunity to sample the Telehealth group therapy sessions and once you have, you will be able to best determine what works for you and your schedule. We also have the opportunity to book one-on-one sessions with our licensed therapists, should you find someone/ a particular group most beneficial, and would like to continue on in a private way.

When are the Telehealth group therapy sessions offered?Currently we offer NINE Telehealth group therapy sessions, FOUR days a week - Monday-Thursday. For the complete schedule of sessions, please see below:

Do I have to attend Telehealth group therapy sessions everyday?You do not have to attend Telehealth group therapy sessions everyday. Every group session meets once a week, and you may attend as many as you have selected. You can sample all the sessions at your convenience, during a two-week trial period, and then select which sessions you’d like to continue on with.

If I stop attending Telehealth group therapy sessions, can I begin them again?You can stop Telehealth group therapy sessions as you wish, and may continue on as you see fit. We are offering a two-week trial of the Telehealth group therapy sessions so each individual has the opportunity to sample Red Door’s offerings. Once your trial is over and you have selected which sessions to continue on with, you have the ability to miss or skip a weekly session, and continue on when you are available.

Will there be more/ different Telehealth group therapy sessions in the future?Red Door plans to add more Telehealth group therapy sessions as we grow and expand so, if there isn’t a session you connect with immediately, please let us know, and we will look to add therapists and topics that work best for you.

What is the cancellation policy for Telehealth group therapy sessions?We are committed to your mental health and wellbeing so should you need to cancel one of your sessions, we will be happy to enroll you in another. Should you experience an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule last minute, we would be happy to set you up for a session(s) at another time. At this time, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. This is standard practice for all of our licensed therapists, but we are happy to work with and accommodate you, should certain circumstances arise, and make sure, you have another group(s) to attend.
