Bethany is a Communication Coach, Certified Recovery Coach, Certified Family Recovery coach and a SUDR- Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor.

She is also a stand-up comic and a transformational speaker. Her coaching specialties include the art of being present, self-empowerment, codependency (partner & family), self-harm, building self-confidence, esteem and worth, self-expression, and helping her clients find their voice while creating a safe and fun space.
